About e-mailing data

Living Cookbook data can e-mail recipe data in the following formats: Food Data Exchange XML (FDX), HTML, MasterCook (MXP and MX2), Meal-Master (TXT, MM, MMF) and Pocket Express(CSV). Using the FDX file format, the following data can also be e-mailed: ingredients, menus, meals, glossary items, cooking techniques, grocery lists, inventory items, store ingredients, publications, web pages and searches.
