View an inventory item

  1. Select the Shopping Navigator tab.

  2. Select the inventory item you want to view.

Task toolbar

The task toolbar buttons serve as quick links to commonly performed tasks. Clicking a task toolbar button is the same as selecting the corresponding menu item from the task menu.

New - Create a new inventory item

Edit - Edit the selected inventory item

Delete - Delete the selected inventory item

Refresh - Refresh the current view

Properties - Modify the properties of the current view

Print preview - Preview the selected inventory item

Print - Print the selected inventory item

Export - Export the selected inventory item

E-mail - E-mail the selected inventory item

Comments

Use the inventory item comments section to describe the inventory item (optional).

Inventory Data

You can display On Hand, Minimum Order Quantity, Order At Quantity and Order Up To Quantity for the inventory item.

Ingredients

This section displays the ingredients associated with the inventory item.

Recipes

This section displays the recipes that use this inventory item.
