Oven-Baked Sweet Potato Fries |
This is a sweeter, healthier alternative to greasy fries. Sprinkle a bit of salt or cayenne pepper over them while still hot. |

soy sauce |

vegetable oil |

clove garlic, peeled and minced |

firmly packed brown sugar |

Preheat oven to 400°F. |

Cut sweet potatoes into ¼-inch strips; set aside. |

Whisk together soy sauce, oil, garlic and brown sugar. Toss sweet potatoes in a bowl with soy mixture. |

Lightly coat a rimmed baking sheet with vegetable cooking spray; place sweet potatoes on sheet in a single layer and cook for 20 minutes, gently stirring every ten minutes, or until crispy and golden brown. Serve hot. |
