In large saucepan, over high heat, bring water, giblets, celery, carrot, onion, bay leaf, parsley, and peppercorns to boil. Reduce heat to low, cover saucepan and simmer mixture about one hour. |

Strain broth and refrigerate until ready to make gravy, dressing or soup. In small container store giblets in refrigerator until ready to make gravy or dressing. |
