Herbed Honey Lime Sauce
 
1/2 cup   minced onion  
1 Tbs   olive oil  
1 cup   dry white wine  
1/4 cup   honey  
1/4 cup   lime juice  
2 tsp   dry ground mustard  
1 tsp   fresh rosemary, minced  
1/2 tsp   salt  
dash   pepper  
1 tsp   cornstarch  
1 tsp   water  
1/2 cup   minced onion  
1 Tbs   olive oil  
1 cup   dry white wine  
1/4 cup   honey  
1/4 cup   lime juice  
2 tsp   dry ground mustard  
1 tsp   fresh rosemary, minced  
1/2 tsp   salt  
dash   pepper  
1 tsp   cornstarch  
1 tsp   water  
 
1 Sauté onion in olive oil. Add wine, honey, lime juice, mustard, rosemary, salt and pepper; bring mixture to boil.
2 Combine cornstarch and water; mix well and add to sauce.
3 Cook and stir until sauce thickens.
 
Servings: 8
Yield: 2 cups
