Spray large nonstick saucepan with vegetable
cooking spray. Add sausage; cook over medium heat until
lightly browned, stirring frequently. |

Add green pepper, onion and garlic;
cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently, or until tender. |

Stir in pasta sauce and remaining ingredients
except pasta. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cook 10 minutes. |
