Mushroom Cheese Rarebit |

1- 1/2 oz. pkgs. Cheese Sauce Mix |

Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated |

Using fresh mushrooms (approximately
½ lb.) sauté with onions in butter. Prepare cheese sauce
mix according to package directions. |

Add grated cheese, Worcestershire sauce,
salt, ginger and pepper. Stir over low heat until cheese
is melted. Add sautéed mushrooms. |
