Pumpkin Pie
 
1   Can (16 ounces) solid pack pumpkin  
1   Can (12 ounces) evaporated skim milk  
2   eggs  
2/3 cup   sugar  
2 tsp   pumpkin pie spice  
1   9-inch diameter pie shell unbaked  
 
 
1 In large bowl combine pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar and pumpkin pie spice. Pour into pie shell.
2 Bake at 425 degrees F. 15 minutes. Reduce oven to 350 degrees F. and bake 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
