Mix together the flour, ginger, paprika and salt in a paper bag. Add the thinly sliced beef and shake until the meat is coated. Brown quickly in heated oil - make sure you do not overcook- 30 seconds is about all the time it needs. When it gets past "medium" it will start to toughen. |

Remove the meat to a heated platter and keep warm. Add the remaining ingredients to the pan drippings; stir and simmer for 2 minutes until the sauce reaches the desired consistency. |

Add more beef stock if necessary. Add the meat and heat an additional minute. |
