Export publications to a data file

Publication data can be only exported to Food Data Exchange XML (FDX) files.

  1. On the File menu, click Export.
  2. Choose the export file type.
    1. Choose an export file type.

      2. Noe  You must choose the FDX file type in order to export publications.

    2. Click Next.
  3. Choose the export file.
    1. Click the Export File ellipsis button to select a file name for your export.

      2. Tip  Click Add to select more publications to export.

    2. Click Next.
  4. Choose the export options.
    1. Click the Publication Options ellipsis button .
    2. Select the Publication Elements you want to export.
    3. Click OK to close the Publication Export Properties window.
    4. Click Next.
  5. Review the export progress.
    1. Click the Save Log if you wish to save the export log as a text file.
  6. Click Finish to close the window.
