Calculate menu nutrition

  1. Select the Recipe Navigator tab.

  2. Select the menu you want to work with.
  3. On the Action menu, click Edit Menu.

    4. - or -

    Right-click on the navigator treeview and then, on the popup menu, click Edit Menu.

    - or -

    Click Edit on the task toolbar.

  4. Click the Nutrition tab.

  5. Type the nutrient values in the Nutrient boxes.
  6. Click Calculate From Menu Items to calculate the nutrient values instead of typing them.
  7. Click OK.

Note  Living Cookbook can only calculate nutrition information for the menu if the recipe ingredients have been linked to the ingredient database.
