Basic ingredient search

  1. Select the Ingredient Navigator tab.

  2. On the Action menu, click Search.

    3. - or -

    Right-click on the navigator treeview and click Search.

    - or -

    Click Search on the main toolbar.

  3. Click the Ingredient Search tab.
  4. If you want to search for ingredients with a given name, type the search text in the Ingredient Name Contains box.
  5. If you want to search for ingredients with certain nutrition attributes, click the one or more nutrition attributes.
  6. Type the name of your search in the Search Name box (e.g., "Low Fat, Low Calorie Ingredients" or "Ingredients That Are Good For Me ".

    7. Tip  Giving your search a meaningful name will help you find it the next time you need it.

  7. Click OK.
