Organize glossary item searches into folders

  1. Select the Reference Navigator tab.
  2. How?

  3. On the Action menu, point to New, point to Folder and then click Search Folder.
  4. - or -

    Right-click on the navigator treeview and then, on the popup menu, point to New, point to Folder and then click Search Folder.

  5. Type the name of the search folder in the Folder Name box.
  6. Under Parent Folder, click either Top level folder (for main search folders) or Sub-folder of (for sub-folders). For sub-folders, click the Sub-folder ellipsis button to select the parent folder.
  7. Type the search folder comments in the Comments box.
  8. Click OK.
