Basic cooking technique search

  1. Select the Reference Navigator tab.

  2. On the Action menu, point at Search and click Cooking Techniques.

    Right-click on the Navigator treeview, point at Search and click Cooking Techniques.

  3. Click the Cooking Technique Search tab.
  4. If you want to search for cooking techniques with a given name, type the search text in the Technique Name Contains box.
  5. If you want to search for cooking techniques that contain certain text, type the search text in the Technique Text Contains box.
  6. Type the name of your search in the Search Name box.

    7. Tip  Giving your search a meaningful name will help you find it the next time you need it.

  7. Click OK.
