Basic inventory item search

  1. Select the Shopping Navigator tab.

  2. On the Action menu, point to Search and click Inventory Items.

    3. - or -

    Right-click on the navigator treeview, point to Search and click Inventory Items .

    - or -

    Click Search on the main toolbar.

  3. Click the Inventory Item Search tab.
  4. If you want to search for inventory items with a given name, type the search text in the Inventory Item Name Contains box.
  5. If you want to search for inventory items that you have on hand, click I have the item on hand.
  6. Type the name of your search in the Search Name box (e.g., "Inventory Items On Hand").

    7. Tip  Giving your search a meaningful name will help you find it the next time you need it.

  7. Click OK.
