Import grocery lists

Grocery list data can only be imported from Food Data Exchange XML files (FDX).

Tip  Click on the hyperlinks next to the arrows to expand each section or click the show all link at the top right of this page.

  1. On the File menu, click Import.
  2. Choose the import file type.
    1. Choose an import file type.
    2. Click Next.
  3. Choose the import file.
    1. Click the Import File ellipsis button to select a file to import.

      2. Tip  If you don't want to import all of the grocery lists in the file, click the checkboxes next to the grocery lists to deselect them.

    2. Click Next.
  4. Choose the import options.
    1. Click the Grocery List Options ellipsis button .
    2. Select the Import Target options.
    3. Select the Grocery List Elements you want to import.
    4. Select the Duplicate Grocery List options.
    5. Click OK to close the Grocery List Import Properties window.
    6. Click Next.
  5. Review the import progress.
    1. Click the Save Log if you wish to save the import log as a text file.
  6. Click Finish to close the window.
