Export glossary items

Glossary item data can be only exported to Food Data Exchange XML (FDX) or HTML files.

  1. On the File menu, click Export.
  2. Choose the export file type.
    1. Choose an export file type.

      2. Noe  You must choose the FDX or HTML in order to export glossary items.

    2. Click Next.
  3. Choose the export file.
    1. Click the Export File ellipsis button to select a file name for your export.

      2. Tip  Click Add to select more glossary items to export.

    2. Click Next.
  4. Choose the export options.
    1. Click the Glossary Item Options ellipsis button .
    2. Select the Glossary Item Elements you want to export.
    3. Click OK to close the Glossary Item Export Properties window.
    4. Click Next.
  5. Review the export progress.
    1. Click the Save Log if you wish to save the export log as a text file.
  6. Click Finish to close the window.
