Rename a cooking technique

  1. Select the Reference Navigator tab.

  2. Select the cooking technique you want to rename.
  3. On the Action menu, click Edit Cooking Technique.

    4. - or -

    Right-click on the navigator treeview and then, on the popup menu, click Edit Cooking Technique.

    - or -

    Click Edit on the task toolbar.

  4. Click the Cooking Technique tab.
  5. Type the new name of the cooking technique in the Name box.
  6. Click OK.
