Marinated Albacore Tuna Steaks |

(6 oz.) Tuna Steaks |

olive oil |

3 Tbs |

fresh squeezed lemon juice |

cloves garlic, finely chopped (optional) |

Thaw in refrigerator. Combine oil, lemon
juice and garlic in a baking dish (or zip-loc bag). Whisk
to blend. Season to taste with salt and pepper. |

Add tuna and turn to coat. Cover with
plastic and refrigerate 30 minutes or up to 4 hours, turning
occasionally. |

Broil or grill over medium-high heat
until just opaque in the center, about 4-5 minutes per
side. |
